Time Clocks Swipe cards are inexpensive and eliminate manual
calculation of hours. Biometric hand recognition reader
eliminates "Buddy Punching", lost time cards, and manual calculation
of hours.
Spreadsheet
Import Use our pre-formatted spreadsheet to submit your
payroll hours via e-mail.
All PA
Locals - OPT and EIT We will withhold, record, remit,
prepare and file you local taxes.
General
Ledger Reporting Clients supply us with their chart of
accounts. We provide detailed and summary reports to prepare the
journal entries needed to be made for each payroll. Reports are
produced with each payroll cycle, monthly, quarterly or annually.
Electronic
Reports Available All employee payroll check stubs and
payroll reports by e-mail or quarterly by CD.
Multiple
State Payroll Tax Returns Additional States Withholding and
Unemployment amounts calculated and reports prepared as required.

Debit Card
Each pay period, an employee's wages are
electronically placed in their personal debit card account. Using
their Access Card, they may make purchases at stores, or make
withdrawals at ATMs wherever Visa is acceptedVisa
branded debit card saves employees check-cashing fees, as well as
reduces wire transfer fees.
Laser
Generated Signature on Employee Paychecks Show the executive
signature on each check to save time with each payroll.
Check Logos
We place your company's logo on all employee checks .
New Hire
Reporting Preparation of Federal and all State required
reporting forms for all newly hired employees. The Payroll Factory
sends these reports directly to the proper agencies on a timely
basis.
Job Costing
We calculate the cost of payroll for each job and prepare
easy to read reports.
Vacation
and Sick Accruals We accrue vacation and sick time based on
flat amounts or percentages. The available balances are reported on
each employee's check stub. We also provide the employer with a
report showing time accrued, taken and available balances.
401 (k)
Reporting via Diskette Many 401(k) services require deferral
information to be reported electronically. The Payroll Factory works
directly with your provider to calculate the information to be
submitted via diskette. Section 125
Reporting Detailed
reports show the employee deductions for Section 125, including
Flexible Spending Accounts as well as premiums for health care and
dental care.
